Frontend Engineer
Signature Payments- REMOTE
What you'll be doing:
  • Translate business requirements and use cases into functional applications
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable products
  • Review, test, and verify code for adherence to quality and security standards
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
  • Assist in the maintenance of code quality and organization
  • Work with development team to define and implement architecture direction
  • Assist with the design and enforce test-driven development using automated unit and integration testing
What we need from you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training (preferred)
  • 3 years experience in React, Flux, JSP, HTML, Tag Libraries, JavaScript or any other Java GUI framework
  • Experience analyzing, designing and implementing Enterprise solutions using Node.js
  • 3 years of experience writing JUnit tests or like technologies ( example: Mocha)
  • Experience working in Amazon Web services environments
  • Experience with secure software development
  • Experience with conducting code reviews
  • Experience in the design and development of complex Web Systems
  • Experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST)
  • Experience with high-availability online transaction processing
  • Experience with defining and enforcing coding standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

You're a Rockstar if you have experience with:
  • Postgres or NoSQL DB
  • EMV Certification
  • GIT revision control
  • Atlassian ALM stack (Bamboo, Stash)
  • Mobile / Android development
  • PCI compliance
  • Automated testing tools
